The meat of the La Morocha Beef belongs to the best kind of Argentine beef. Animals are kept loose and feed themselves from sweeping meadows in the Argentine pampas. An additional feeding does not take place. Fresh air and pure meadows offer the best premise for breeding. The meat is of few fat, has very low part of cholesterol and the structure of this meat is especially aromatic and fine. Moreover, it is rich of vitamins, minerals and nutrient content. Contrary to European beefs the animals will hardly weigh more than max. 440 kilos. Statistically, each animal has an area of around 10 km².

The animals are hand selected before slaughtering, guaranteeing an always constant high quality. BSE or other illness is unknown in this breeding
